I am one of the biggest worry worts and I stress over everything and when I met Greg he told me not to worry or stress that, that was his job. We wanted to down size and had been looking for a new house for over 2 years, a friend hooked us up with Greg and he asked us some questions of what we were looking for in a home and in less than a week he found us our dream house and sold our house in less than 24 hours of being on the market and got over asking price! Greg was awesome from beginning to end . I wasn’t even looking for a house but this whole experience fell into my lap and Greg was so kind to stick through it with me. He was always available to look at houses and put my safety at the top of his priority. When the house I bought didn’t have an AC unit, Greg went to bat to get it included in my loan and I’m so grateful. Also, Greg told me about the bank I took my loan out with and their grant system. No one else did this for me. I’m so thankful for Greg and will definitely refer him to anyone I know looking to buy a house!

As a first time homebuyer, the house-hunting and buying process seemed very daunting but Greg made it so easy. He was available at any time of day for questions/concerns. Also, looking in a market an hour outside of Columbus, he had no qualms about driving up for showings. I appreciated Greg's honest, no fluff approach - he wasn't just trying to sell us on every house we looked at.
